For short–0d-term treatment of sprains, strains, and other acute injuries; postoperative pain and inflammation in gynecology, including menstrual periods; back pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, and ENT infections. Respect general therapeutic principles by treating the underlying cause appropriately.

Take the coated tablets whole with water, preferably before meals or on an empty stomach. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed.

Onset is rapid, often within hours, making it suitable for acute pain and inflammation.

If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember, unless the next dose is near; then just take the next tablet at the usual hour – never double the next dose to make up for the missed one.–0d

• History of stomach ulcers, bleeding, or dark stools
• Heart disease, high blood pressure, or stroke risk
• Pregnancy, especially third trimester, or breastfeeding
• Severe skin reactions such as rash, blisters, or breathing difficulty
• All other medications, including aspirin, should be reported to the doctor
