It treats chronic venous insufficiency in the lower limbs, including swelling and heaviness. It also relieves functional symptoms of hemorrhoidal venous insufficiency, such as pain, itching, and bleeding during bowel movements.

The usual dose is 2 tablets daily, preferably taken with meals. For acute hemorrhoidal attacks, take 6 tablets a day for the first 4 days, then 4 tablets a day for the next 3 days. Do not exceed 6 tablets per day and never crush, break, or chew the tablets.

Effects usually start within about 2 hours after taking the dose.

Evite tomar em jejum.Take preferably with meals.

No special restrictions are known for older adults; use as for adults.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it’s almost time for the next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and continue your regular schedule. Do not take two doses to make up.
